Speakers will discuss considerations related to the medical and social care needs of older adults and ways to support this population and improve outcomes. Strategies to address the challenges faced by this demographic prior to, and following, contact with the criminal justice system will be discussed. A reentry program that is specifically designed to support the older adult population following incarceration will also be featured.
