On December 8, 2010, the CAHPS User Network will host a free Webcast that addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing the CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey in practices across a community. During this 1-hour live event, you can:
* Learn about two strategies for implementing the CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey community-wide.
* Hear from two participants in community initiatives to produce and use comparable survey results.
* Ask the speakers to respond to the issues that most concern you.
Who should attend?
Any organization interested in working with local physician practices and health systems to produce, report, and use standardized information on patients’ experiences with the care received from doctors and their staff.
