• Acute myocardial infarction (AMI): age-standardized rate of new AMI events admitted to an acute care hospital per 100,000 population age 20 and older. This updates a previously published measure summary.

• Acute myocardial infarction (AMI): the risk-adjusted rate of all-cause in-hospital death occurring within 30 days of first admission to an acute care hospital with a diagnosis of AMI. This updates a previously published measure summary.

• Ambulatory care sensitive conditions: age-standardized acute care hospitalization rate for conditions where appropriate ambulatory care prevents or reduces the need for admission to the hospital, per 100,000 population younger than age 75 years. This updates a previously published measure summary.
