AUGUST 25: Public Comments Deadline: Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement

There are only 3 weeks left in the 30-day public comment period to submit comments on the trusted exchange framework and common agreement provisions in Section 4003 of the Cures Act. These can include your comments specifying considerations, concerns, and success stories for the exchange of health data across networks. This form should provide you with a simple and organized way to submit your comments. To be considered, all comments must be submitted according to the instructions. For security reasons, attachments are not allowed on the online comment form. If you wish to submit a letter or attachment ONLY, please send them to exchangeframework@hhs.gov.
Deadline: The public comment period for the trusted exchange framework and common agreement provisions will end on August 25, 2017 at 11:59pm ET

AHRQ: National Advisory Council Request for Nominations 

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is currently seeking nominations for individuals to serve on the National Advisory Council for Healthcare Research and Quality. Members of AHRQ’s National Advisory Council provide advice and recommendations to AHRQ's director and to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on priorities for a national health services research agenda that encompasses improving the safety, quality, outcomes, and cost-effectiveness of clinical practice and how to put the results of our research into practice.
