Research on Improving Patient Experience | Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality

Share Your CAHPS® Survey Improvement Story



Has your organization achieved success in improving your patient experience scores on the CAHPS Health Plan Survey or Clinician & Group Survey? If so, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) would like to showcase your story so that others can benefit from your experience.  We are looking for examples of health plans and medical groups that have successfully improved their CAHPS survey scores. We are especially interested in hearing your answers to the following questions:
  1. How have you used results from the CAHPS Health Plan Survey or Clinicians & Group Survey to identify improvement opportunities?
  2. What specific initiatives or strategies did you use to improve your scores?
  3. How much did your patient experience scores improve?
  4. What did you learn from your improvement efforts that might benefit other organizations?
Our aim is to identify improvement stories we can share through a national webcast series or case studies on the CAHPS site.
