Scheduled System Outage Reminder
In preparation for the Program Year 2018 data submission the Open Payments system will be unavailable beginning Monday January 14, 2019 through Saturday January 26, 2019.
These outages coincide with enhancements which will enable a better user experience within the Open Payments system, and only impact the Open Payments application. The Open Payments team thanks you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Submit questions to the Help Desk via email at openpayments@cms.hhs.gov or by calling 1-855-326-8366, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET), excluding Federal holidays.
The Help Desk refers media inquiries to CMS’ Press Office for response.
