Data Submission for AHRQ SOPS™ Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey

Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) that have administered AHRQ’s Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey on Patient Safety Culture can submit their data to the Database from June 3 – July 22. Survey results will be available in the SOPS Ambulatory Surgery Center Database Report. The report will help ASCs assess their own results to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement by providing average scores and percentiles on the survey items and composite measures. Database results will be reported in the aggregate and do not include any information identifying participating ASCs. Participation is voluntary.

As a benefit for participation, ASCs will receive individual feedback and summary reports comparing their results to the overall Database results.

ASCs who have not previously administered the survey may still do so. The survey and supporting materials are available at https://www.ahrq.gov/sops/surveys/asc/index.html.
