Inside STAT: What’s in a name? For the newly christened Haven, maybe another legal fight

The year-old health care venture from Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and JPMorgan Chase recently announced its long-awaited name, Haven, signifying a business that can shelter customers from insurance hassles and unreasonable costs. However, dozens of other companies — including some in health care — already use the same name, STAT’s Casey Ross and Kate Sheridan have learned.
