WISQARS Nonfatal Injury Data Visualization displays nonfatal injury data in a new interactive, visual format. You can explore nonfatal injury data from 2001 to 2017. WISQARS Nonfatal Injury Data Visualization offers data from the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System-All Injury Program (NEISS-AIP). NEISS-AIP data include information about:
  • what types of nonfatal injuries occur in U.S. hospital emergency departments,
  • how common they are,
  • who they affect,
  • and what causes them
The NEISS-AIP data are national estimates of U.S. hospital emergency department visits for all types and external causes of nonfatal injuries and poisonings. NEISS-AIP is a collaborative effort by the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (NCIPC) and U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
