Peep thrills: Winners crowned in science diorama contest
THE PEEPLE THAT HAVE BEEN CROWNED WINNERS. (HELEN FIELDS, KATE RAMSAYER, JOANNA CHURCH / THE OPEN NOTEBOOK)
Remember the Science-Themed Peeps Diorama Contest I told you about last month? Well, the winners have now been named in this first-of-a-kind competition that asked people to use the marshmallow treats to create science scenes. From 50 entries, the top prize went to “Hidden Peeps,” a rendering of the black female mathematicians who made essential contributions at NASA during the Space Race. Other honorees include the “Peepiodic Table of Elements” and “The Museum of Natural Peepstory.” Check out the full list here.
