CAHPS® Clinician & Group Survey Database Submission Now Open
CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey users can now submit their 2018 data to include in the CAHPS Database. The Data Use Agreement (DUA) should be completed as the first step before data submission. Learn about the submission requirements, data file specifications, and Data Use Agreement (DUA).
CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey users can now submit their 2018 data to include in the CAHPS Database. The Data Use Agreement (DUA) should be completed as the first step before data submission. Learn about the submission requirements, data file specifications, and Data Use Agreement (DUA).
The CAHPS Clinician & Group (CG-CAHPS) survey versions eligible for submission are:
- Adult Survey 3.0
- Child Survey 3.0
- Adult Survey 3.0 with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Items
- Child Survey 3.0 with PCMH Items
All required items must be submitted no later than May 24.
