This review will inform a clinical practice guideline on outpatient cervical ripening and integrating information on its effectiveness, harms and patient preferences. In addition, the review will review the evidence on available options for monitoring fetal well-being in the outpatient setting and methods of CR for women experiencing fetal demise.
