The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (Innovation Center) is excited to announce that the Request for Applications (RFA) for the Emergency Triage, Treat, and Transport (ET3) Model has been posted on our website at https://innovation.cms.gov/initiatives/et3/.

Please note that the Innovation Center is not accepting applications at this time. However, this is an opportunity for potential applicants to review the RFA before the online application becomes available later this summer.

The ET3 Model has generated a lot of great discussion and we at the Innovation Center have received many informative and thoughtful questions. To respond to these inquiries, we have released Frequently Asked Questions at https://innovation.cms.gov/initiatives/et3/faq.html.
