Thank you for your interest in AHRQ’s Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS^®) during Patient Safety Awareness Week! 1. There is a Version 2.0 of the SOPS Hospital Survey.
2. The SOPS ASC and Medical Office Database Reports were released this year.
3. SOPS supplemental items can be added to the SOPS Hospital and Medical Office surveys.
4. The SOPS Hospital and Nursing Home Databases will open for data submission this year.
