RESCHEDULED: 2020 Data Submission for the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS^®) Databases

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on healthcare organizations, AHRQ is delaying voluntary data submission for the SOPS^® Databases until Fall 2020. AHRQ will continue to re-evaluate the timing of these data submission dates and will provide updates as needed.

Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Database—Hospitals will be able to submit data from the SOPS Hospital Survey, Versions 1.0 and 2.0; SOPS Health IT Patient Safety Supplemental Items; and SOPS Value and Efficiency Supplemental Items. 

• Previously scheduled data submission dates:  June 1 - July 20, 2020
• Rescheduled data submission dates:  September 1 -  30, 2020

Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture Database

• Previously scheduled data submission dates:  September 1 – 21, 2020
• Rescheduled data submission dates:  November 2 – 20, 2020
