THE MAIN EVENT: NOVEMBER 5-6, 2020
Join us virtually for Forensics @NIST, where you will learn how NIST scientists are using advanced methods in metrology, computer science and statistics to strengthen forensic science.
This conference will be an opportunity for you to get an early perspective on emerging forensic science technologies that may help solve some of your casework challenges. You will also have the opportunity to submit questions during a virtual Q&A.
We will cover the following topic areas:

- Statistical Methods in Forensic Science
- Firearms and Tool Marks
- Forensic Genetics
- Trace
- Digital and Multimedia
OPTIONAL WORKSHOPS: NOVEMBER 9-10, 2020
There will be three optional workshops the following Monday and Tuesday. Space will be limited to 125 attendees each. To sign up for a workshop, participants must register to attend the main event on November 5-6.
