Surveys on Patient Safety Culture (SOPS) Hospital Survey | Agency for Health Research and Quality



REMINDER: October 1 to 30: AHRQ SOPS^® Hospital Survey Data Submission

Hospitals that have administered AHRQ’s Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture can submit survey data to the SOPS^® Hospital Database October 1 – 30. Hospitals that have not previously administered the survey may still do so. Participation in the database is voluntary. The survey and supporting materials are available at https://www.ahrq.gov/sops/surveys/hospital/index.html.

• NEW: The SOPS Hospital Database will be accepting data from:
  • SOPS Hospital Survey, Version 1.0 and/or 2.0,
  • SOPS Health IT for Patient Safety Supplemental Items, and
  • SOPS Value and Efficiency Supplemental Items for the Hospital Survey.

Benefits of Participation: Participating hospitals will receive an individual feedback report and summary report displaying their results as well as aggregated results from all database participants.
