In the most recent trial carried out on the drug AD109, over 40% of participants’ conditions improved to a less severe obstructive sleep apnea classification, 18% achieved complete control of the disease, and breathing interruptions fell by 44% in patients who took the medication, The Hill reported. The FDA has given AD109 the Fast Track designation.
