Overview of the HCUP Nationwide Readmissions Database - December 9, 2-3 pm ET Summary: HCUP will host the first of a two-part Webinar series on the newest HCUP database, the Nationwide Readmissions Database (NRD). This one-hour session will show health services and policy researchers how the NRD can be used to provide national readmission rates.

Utilization of the HCUP Nationwide Readmissions Database - December 16, 2-3 pm ET Summary: HCUP will host the second of a two-part Webinar series on the newest HCUP database, the Nationwide Readmissions Database (NRD). This one-hour session will educate health services and policy researchers on how to produce national readmissions rates for specific conditions as well as explore how readmissions rates vary by patient characteristics, reasons for readmission, and differences in average total charges using the HCUP NRD.
