CDC supports public health professionals in the field, so we’re excited to announce that the State, Tribal, Local, and Territorial Public Health Professionals Gateway is becoming the “Public Health Professionals Gateway” to reflect how you identify with the work you do and to highlight the significant changes we’ve made to the site’s organization and content.



New home page 
Our new home page for the Public Health Professionals Gateway features resources from the Center for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support (proposed) and other CDC programs to help you address health challenges in the communities you serve. We’ve also added a link that public health professionals working in state, tribal, local, and territorial agencies can use to reach directly to CSTLTS for immediate help.

Better organization We’ve made the pages you use the most easier to find with a new look and streamlined organization so you can quickly navigate to the information you need. New Gateway sections include “Federal Programs and Funding” and “Public Health Systems and Best Practices”—all labeled to indicate clearly what you can find there. More improvements  We’re continuing to make improvements to the Public Health Professionals Gateway based on input we’ve received from users like you.
