AHRQ’s Surveys on Patient Safety Culture Databases Opening in 2019

2019 Data Submission Dates for the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS^TM) Databases

The AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture^TM (SOPS^TM) Databases will open this year for voluntary data submission for the following settings:

• Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey on Patient Safety Culture: June 3 – July 22
• Medical Office Survey on Patient Safety Culture: September 3 – October 21

Participating facilities will receive an individual feedback report and summary report displaying their results as well as aggregated results from all database participants. The SOPS Databases contain data from those facilities choosing to submit their SOPS survey data.
