CAHPS® Clinician & Group Survey Data Submission: May 13 – May 24

CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey users can submit their 2018 data to include in the CAHPS Database between May 13-24. Submitters are encouraged to download and complete the Data Use Agreement (DUA) prior to the opening of the submission system. Learn about the submission requirements, data file specifications, and Data Use Agreement (DUA).

The CAHPS Clinician & Group (CG-CAHPS) survey versions eligible for submission are:

• Adult Survey 3.0
• Child Survey 3.0
• Adult Survey 3.0 with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Items
• Child Survey 3.0 with PCMH Items

All required items must be submitted no later than May 24.
