The National Academy for State Health Policy has released a toolkit that highlights state initiatives to help older adults in rural locations age in place. The aim is to increase services that help people to remain in their home, expanding and professionalizing the caregiver workforce, enhancing transportation access and services, and reforming the delivery system within Medicaid programs.
