This 26-page document is a compilation of resources to support a healthcare organization’s planning for high consequence infectious diseases (HCIDs) requiring airborne isolation plus contact isolation plus eye protection for healthcare workers and other staff who encounter the patient. Pathogens that fall in to this category include Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), and the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
