AHRQ CAHPS® Databases Opening in 2020





2020 Data Submission for the AHRQ Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Databases

Voluntary data submission will open for organizations that have administered the following CAHPS surveys:

• CAHPS Home and Community Based-Services (HCBS CAHPS): February 24 – March 13 (New in 2020)
• CAHPS Clinician & Group:  May 11 – May 22
• CAHPS Health Plan: June 1 – June 19

Participating organizations will receive an individual feedback report displaying their results compared to aggregated results from all database participants. The CAHPS Databases contain data from those organizations that voluntarily submit their CAHPS survey data.
