CAHPS Home and Community Based Services Survey and Guidance | The CAHPS® Database





CAHPS® Home and Community-Based Services Survey Database Submission Now Open

CAHPS Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS CAHPS) Survey users can now submit their data to be included in the HCBS CAHPS Database. Eligible survey data must have been collected July 1, 2017 - December 31, 2019. The Data Use Agreement must be completed before data submission. The HCBS CAHPS Database is a joint project between the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Learn more about the requirements here.

The HCBS CAHPS survey versions eligible for submission are:

• Adult Survey 1.0
• Adult Survey 1.0 with the supplemental Employment Module
