CAHPS® Home and Community-Based Services Survey Data Submission: February 24 – March 13

CAHPS Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS CAHPS) Survey users can submit their data to the HCBS CAHPS Database February 24 - March 13. Eligible survey data must have been collected July 1, 2017 - December 31, 2019. Database participation will facilitate comparisons of HCBS CAHPS survey findings by individual states and HCBS program types. Participation is free and open to all HCBS CAHPS survey users on a voluntary basis. Submitters are encouraged to download and complete the Data Use Agreement (DUA) prior to the opening of the submission system. The HCBS CAHPS Database is a joint project between the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Learn more about the requirements here.

The HCBS CAHPS survey versions eligible for submission are:

• Adult Survey 1.0
• Adult Survey 1.0 with the supplemental Employment Module
