This 12-page report summarizes the World Health Organization (WHO) team of international experts' biosafety and biosecurity inspection at the Federal Budgetary Research Institution-State Research Centre of Virology and Biotechnology of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being (VECTOR) in Russia, one of the two WHO-authorized variola virus (causative agent of smallpox) repositories.
