Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will host a Special Open Door Forum to provide a summary of the Dry Run for Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRFs) on All-Cause Unplanned Readmissions for 30-Day Post Discharge from IRFs.

The purposes of this Special Open Door Forum are:

•  To provide a summary of the dry run for the All-Cause Unplanned Readmission Measure for 30 Days Post Discharge from IRFs
•  To present responses to frequently asked questions and provide an opportunity to address additional questions or comments.
