Patient Safety Authority.

Diagnostic error has gained recognition as an important patient safety concern. Established within the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority, this center will address diagnostic improvement needs in the Commonwealth. The center will focus on efforts to share data and information, design and test innovations, and facilitate partnerships that foster improvement.
