Impact of an antiretroviral stewardship strategy on medication error rates.

This pre–post analysis found a significant drop in medication error rates after implementation of an antibiotic stewardship program. The authors attribute this improvement to pharmacistmedication review, which has been shown to enhance medication safety across multiple settings.
