AHRQ Stats: Access to Care Among Metro and Non-Metro Residents

In 2015-16, people under age 65 who lived in metropolitan areas were more likely than non-metro residents to lack a usual source of medical care (25 vs. 19 percent). Metro residents were no more likely, however, to have an unmet need for care.
