CDC EPIC: Protecting Pregnant Women and Babies During Public Health Emergencies
August 22 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time
Pregnant women and babies may face greater challenges and be more severely affected during public health emergencies. Two CDC centers, the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities and the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, will join the EPIC team to discuss how to reduce risks faced by pregnant women and babies during emergencies.
Please join CDC on Wednesday, Aug 22, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. ET for a discussion on the impact of public health emergencies on pregnant women and babies. This webinar will discuss how pregnant women, community leaders, and family members can reduce the risks pregnant women and babies may face during disease outbreaks, natural disasters, and other emergencies.
Information on how to connect, previous EPIC webinars, and information on CE can be found on the EPIC webinar website.
