Tenure-Track/Tenure-Eligible Investigator

The Laboratory of Viral Diseases, in the Division of Intramural Research, is seeking an outstanding individual to develop a vigorous independent program focused on the establishment and use of animal models to investigate emerging or re-emerging viruses pathogenic to humans, including development and evaluation of vaccines and therapeutics targeting these pathogens.
Applicants must have an M.D., Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant field with extensive postdoctoral experience, as well as a strong publication record demonstrating the potential for creative research.
