SOPS Ambulatory Surgery Center Database

AHRQ has established the Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey on Patient Safety Culture Database as a central repository for survey data from ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) that have administered the AHRQ patient safety culture survey instrument and choose to submit their survey data to the AHRQ Ambulatory Surgery Center SOPS database. The database serves as an important resource for patient safety culture improvement.

Pilot Study Results

Results from the 2014 Ambulatory Surgery Center Pilot Study (PDF - 1.88 MB) —Pilot study results are provided for the items and safety culture composites on the AHRQ Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey on Patient Safety Culture from 59 ambulatory surgery centers that participated in a pilot test of the survey in the United States in 2014.
