Resources for Integrated Care Webinar: Gathering and Using Member Feedback in Plan Governance

Member participation in health plan governance can provide valuable feedback to inform policies and procedures that address the needs of members, their families, and caregivers. This third event in a series on member engagement will focus on gathering robust feedback and implementing changes.

The webinar will feature strategies for soliciting feedback from members and communicating feedback to staff across all operational levels, including senior plan leadership. Plan representatives will share strategies and specific examples. Individual members will share their experiences and offer insights on how their roles led to improvements in care for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as others with complex health and social needs
