Responding to health information technology reported safety events: insights from patient safety event reports. | AHRQ Patient Safety Network

In analysis of health IT-related incident reports from 575 health care facilities, nearly two-thirds went unresolved. Of those with resolution, most common response was training and education; very few cases were addressed with more than one method.
