Dr. Richardson-Heron is the chief engagement officer for the NIH All of Us Research Program. She leads efforts to engage and retain 1 million or more volunteers to create one of the world’s largest and most diverse biomedical data sets designed to advance innovative and impactful health research. Richardson-Heron has more than 25 years of executive leadership and management experience in the health care, corporate and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining the NIH, she served as chief executive officer for the YWCA USA.
