TeamSTEPPS Master Training Course for Outpatient Care.

AHA Team Training. November 6–7, 2019; Duke University, Durham, NC.

The TeamSTEPPS program was developed to support effective communication and teamwork in health care. This workshop will train participants on TeamSTEPPS principles as well as how to create and implement learning strategies in the ambulatory environment.
