Featured Laboratory Training: Introduction to Laboratory Informatics Series

Laboratory informatics plays a critical role in the patient care process and in informing public health decision making by enabling the delivery of high-quality and reliable laboratory information. To increase understanding of informatics in the laboratory setting, CDC and the Association of Public Health Laboratories have developed the Laboratory Informatics Series. 

The two courses in the series are: Introduction to Laboratory Informatics: Life of a Specimen and Introduction to Laboratory Informatics: Life of a Result.
