It’s no secret that the pharmaceutical industry has hit a rough patch reputationally. But will highlighting their efforts to find a coronavirus vaccine turn things around? That’s the question we ask in a new story this morning.
It’s a pretty smart strategy that already seems to be paying dividends: Already, a meeting at the White House that was meant to be another tongue lashing from President Trump on drug prices turned into an opportunity for drug makers to boast about their efforts to treat the disease coronavirus causes and develop a vaccine.
