Coronavirus India update March 26: Special hospitals to be set up in 17 states as cases soar near 650

The number of cases in India rose to 650 while the toll jumped to 13. According to ministry of health, Maharashtra reported three deaths, Gujarat two, while Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Karnataka, Punjab, Delhi, West Bengal and Himachal Pradesh reported one death each.
