March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in the U.S. Medicare Part B covers screening colonoscopies to help find precancerous growths or find cancer early, when treatment is most effective.
March is National Nutrition Month. Medicare Part B may cover medical nutrition therapy (MNT) services and certain related services if you have diabetes or kidney disease, or you’ve had a kidney transplant in the last 36 months.
