SOPS® Fact: The SOPS Hospital and Nursing Home Databases will be open for data submission this year
Voluntary data submission will be open for the following:
Participating facilities will receive an individual feedback report and summary report displaying their results as well as aggregated results from all database participants. The SOPS Databases contain data from those facilities choosing to submit their SOPS survey data.
Data submission in 2020 will be the last time data from the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Version 1.0 will be accepted into the Hospital Database. For more information on transitioning to Version 2.0, view the Transitioning to the SOPS Hospital Survey 2.0 and Appendixes documents.
General information about the SOPS Databases is available at https://www.ahrq.gov/sops/databases/index.html.
