Initiative to Eliminate Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Health Racial & Ethnic Approaches to Community Health Across the U.S. (REACH U.S.)
Through REACH U.S., a national, multilevel program, CDC supports 40 grantee partners that establish community-based programs and culturally-appropriate interventions to eliminate health disparities.
