The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has published Version 0.1 of the 2017 CMS Implementation Guide for Quality Reporting Document Architecture Category III (QRDA-III) Eligible Clinician Programs with schematrons and sample files. CMS announces update on electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) value sets for 2017 performance period

In response to your feedback and in recognition of the large volume of changes introduced into International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-10 in FY 2017, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the National Library of Medicine (NLM) will update all impacted electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) value sets for the 2017 performance period.
