Increasing compliance of safe medication administration in pediatric anesthesia by use of a standardized checklist.

Researchers developed a five-step checklist to augment safety of IV acetaminophen administration and focused on staff awareness and engagement, improving communication, enhancing accuracy of medication documentation, and use of a paper checklist to drive compliance.
