Israel, the "Start-up Nation", is an international leader both in the development of digital health applications and in their effective integration into the day-to-day workings of large health care organizations. This collection of rigorously peer-reviewed IJHPR articles includes contributions regarding a broad range of digital health topics. These include: health information exchanges, the quality of online health information for consumers, doctor-patient-computer communication, big data and more. The collection also includes commentaries by digital health thought leaders from around the world, such as Chris Lovis, Jonathan Weiner, and Debra Roter.
IJHPR expects digital health to be a growth area for the journal and welcomes relevant, high-quality submissions.
