This 34-page report summarizes a visit to Estonia from March 25-29, 2019, by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the European Commission's Directorate General for Health and Food Safety to assist the country in the preparation of its national strategy for tackling antimicrobial resistance (AMR) based on a One Health perspective. It concludes that a One Health approach to tackle AMR issues in Estonia is not yet established, and outlines considerations that could be helpful in reviewing and implementing a national, One Health, AMR strategy.
