CIB: Further Guidance on Medicaid Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 – Third Party Liability in Medicaid and CHIP

Today, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued an Informational Bulletin to address the April 2019 changes to the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 as well as to further clarify CMS guidance issued in June 2018 on key provisions of the BBA of 2018 related to third party liability in Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
